Elements (Partial List) Included In Sponsorship:

• Distribution of Mountain Mike’s Pizza club cards throughout the year
• One Subgroup fundraising day/nights at a Mountain Mike’s Pizza restaurant in 2008 (20% of sales donated to Capital Athletic Soccer)
o Team with the most sales on day of event will receive an additional $500
o Subgroup Leaders and Managers need to identify the date for fundraiser and let Kari & Amy know (make sure it is on everyone’s team calendar)
• Club, Team and Coaches meetings held at Mountain Mike’s Pizza Restaurants (15% of sales donated to Capital Athletic Soccer)
• Club, Team, and Coaches meeting at Club office catered and delivered by Mountain Mike’s Pizza (15% of sales donated to Capital Athletic Soccer)

• Sophia will contact franchisee to set up details and ensure sales capture
• Sophia will follow-up with team to ensure details of event
• Club and Sophia will ensure all proceeds are received from franchises
• Club to ensure all team specific funds are sent to teams
• All Mountain Mike’s locations are included (even outside of Sacramento)
• 2009 Goal:  For all Boca proceeds to be captured.  Currently we are only set up for pre-planned events.
