Brandon Briggs Earns Eage Scout Badge

We would like to congratulate Brandon Briggs, Goalkeeper for Berhane's Boca Jrs 89 Boys (U18) team for recently earning his Eagle Scout badge. This award is the highest rank that can be earned in Boy Scouts. Brandon has spent the last 10 years juggling soccer and scouts to achieve this award. He and two other players travel 2 hours one way (from Carson City, NV) to practice with the Boca team in Sacramento twice a week. His Eagle Scout project was organizing and holding a soccer camp for youth in Carson City, Nevada in October of 2006. Brandon Briggs is on the Boca Jrs 89 Boys team. Article submitted by Patti Briggs.
