SACRAMENTO, CA -- The Capital Athletic Boca Jrs 92 boys team made it all the way to the semi-finals of CYSA North State Cup before falling to Hayward 2-1.

Boca started State Cup by defeating Santa Rosa 1-0, Placer 2-0 and Tiburon 1-0 in the preliminary round.  Zac Burns scored the winning goal in the match against Santa Rosa and Antonio Victor scored the game winning goal against Tiburon.  Goalkeeper Jake Lear, along with the back three of Bret Sundberg, Jordan Moreno, and AJ Ulan shutout all three teams.
